Mr. Sourav Dutta
Managing Director
Coming from a modest mechanical background, he embodies hard work, perseverance, and practical insight. What began as a fascination with machines has grown into a mission to build something meaningful for Bengal. Alongside his associates, he ventures into the automotive sector with vision and purpose. Though challenges lie ahead, he sees them as opportunities to innovate and lead, striving to make this initiative a symbol of Bengal’s industrial growth, resilience, and enduring spirit of progress.
Ms. Unkita Dey
Consultant - HRBP & PR
An English Honours graduate from Calcutta University and Postgraduate in HR Management, Unkita brings 12+ years of leadership experience across automobile, railways, aviation, hospitality, and real estate sectors. She has been instrumental at Jupiter Electric Mobility (Jupiter Wagons Ltd.), Mumbai International Airport and CBRE, driving large-scale operations. Known for her strategic vision and operational excellence, she has implemented systems that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen performance. Her leadership will be key in modernizing and optimizing Tipper Wagon’s operations.
